In this 90 minute live workshop, I’ll walk you through the file management and Lightroom workflow I have built and refined over 15 years in the photography industry. I use this workflow to keep my own business organized, efficient, and consistent, and I really want it to do the same for you. We’ll cover everything from folder structure and efficient import practice, to fast culling, batch editing, and smart use of presets, AI, and shortcuts. I'll also touch on when and how to bring images into Photoshop for more intricate edits and head swaps. I want you to leave this workshop ready to save time, reduce overwhelm, and deliver your galleries faster — without sacrificing your individual style and quality (or your sanity). Over the past 15 years in the photography industry, I’ve learned that talent behind the camera is only half the equation — the real magic happens when you have a workflow that supports your creativity instead of draining it. For 12 of those years, I managed a busy and successful commercial fitness photography studio while also growing my own brand and client base on the side. That season of life taught me the importance of efficient workflow, consistent editing, and practical systems that could handle serious volume. Efficient workflow wasn’t optional — it was essential to my sanity.
From weddings and families to branding sessions and events, I’ve built my business on delivering consistent, true-to-life images with systems that make post-production feel manageable and sustainable.
This workshop is an extension of that journey. It’s for photographers who want to feel less overwhelmed, more organized, and fully in control of their editing process. I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned — not as a gatekeeper, but as someone who genuinely believes our industry is stronger when we support each other and build better systems together.
