Booking Policy
The following is info you'll need when booking a session with me. To keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone, please read and understand the info below!
This policy applies to Mini sessions & Full Portrait and Lifestyle sessions.
**This policy doesn't fully include all terms and conditions that apply to weddings and events, so please email me for more info regarding those.
Booking Policy
Please read the below policy in full before confirming your booking.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your session date and time. The rest is due on or before the session date.
Cancellations
Life happens! If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. With enough notice, your deposit can be applied toward another session (based on availability). If it’s less than 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
No-Shows
If you don’t show up and I don’t hear from you, the session and deposit are forfeited. A new booking (with a new deposit) will be needed to reschedule.
Punctuality
Please be mindful and respectful of my time, and other clients' time. Mini sessions are scheduled back to back, so please try to arrive a few minutes early and ready to shoot. If you’re late, we’ll still do our best with the time left, but it may shorten your session and the variety of photos captured - if you are more than 10 minutes late for your mini session, your session will need to be cancelled.
Rescheduling
If Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate or something unexpected comes up on my end, I’ll be in touch to reschedule. Your deposit will move with you to the new, mutually agreed upon date.
Your Photos
You’ll receive a beautiful, polished for print and curated selection of images via online gallery within the promised delivery timeframe. If your package includes ALL images, you'll have access to download the fully gallery. If you have a specified amount of images included in your package, you'll be able to download that many images only. The online store will be available for print products, as well as additional digital download purchases.
